The West Valley Christian Preschool campus is home to a dynamic, caring, and academically focused preschool- kindergarten program. Since many of our parents are enrolling their children in school for the first time, we partner with the entire family to make sure that this transition is a positive and encouraging one, for both the child and the family. It is our principal priority for the children in our care to feel safe, secure, and valued, and that their families continue to feel confident that their child is being well educated, properly protected, and carefully nurtured.
Please begin the admissions process early as we have had capacity enrollment for the last few years. We look at the age and maturity of the child as of September 1, when he or she enrolls for the school year. Terrific Teddies: Young Beginners (2's); Busy Bees: Beginners 1 (older 2's and young 3's); Friendly Fish: Beginners 2 (3's turning 4); Marvelous Monkeys: Pre-K; Dandy Lions: Pre-K . A 9-10 week summer camp program is available from mid-June to August.
Our teachers are more than just educators. Our teaching staff is composed of hardworking and dedicated individuals, many of whom have been with our school for much of their teaching careers, utilizing their many years of past experience to better nurture the students of today. Teachers take part in building self-confidence, instilling moral values, comforting children in times of emotional distress, and nurturing theirfaith in a loving and good God. Our faculty and staff are vetted, experienced and committed to the partnering with the parents who entrusted their children to our care.
We are privileged at West Valley Christian Preschool to have a diverse population of students and families who bring their culture, family background, and unique insights to better empower our environment. Through the tutelage of their teachers, students learn to respect one another and all the ways that God has made us different. The early childhood years are arguably the most important in terms of learning and growth, and our staff embrace their responsibility to help nurture our students, striving to continue evolving their own professional skill set so as to better benefit each of our cherished students.
We proudly invite and welcome any family that would like to come and visit our preschool campus.
