For any session(s) is $80.00 The Registration Fee of $60.00 is non-refundable; the $20.00 deposit will be applied to any fees assessed and a statement for remaining charges will be mailed to you. If no daycare fees are assessed, the $20.00 deposit will be applied to your child’s fall tuition or returned to you at the end of the summer program. Payment is due in advance see below for due dates for the session(s) your child is attending. There will be a $25.00 returned check fee for any check returned by the bank. Summer Camp is divided into 3 two week session and one session that includes three additional days; tuition is based on a two-week session. Five days are Monday through Friday; three days are Monday-Wednesday-Friday, and two days are Tuesday/Thursday. Students are to be brought to school on time and picked up on time at the end of each program. Please see reverse side for policies and additional information.

Children entering the Summer Program at West Valley Christian Preschool must be at least two years of age prior to enrollment. Their maturity level must be such that they are able to separate willingly from the parent. For children not yet toilet trained, parents need to furnish diaper supplies on a regular basis. No cloth diapers, pacifiers or bottles are allowed at school. Children will be grouped into developmental and/or age appropriate classes. Any child not potty trained prior to the start of the summer program will remain with the younger children.

A $20.00 deposit is due at the time of registration in addition to the $60.00 registration fee. This deposit will be applied to any daycare fees as noted below in the Drop Off/Pick UP Policy and Sign In/Out policy. If your account is current at the end of the summer program, any credit from this deposit will be credited to your child’s fall tuition or returned to you.
The summer program is divided into four two-week sessions and 3 additional days according to the dates on the reverse side of this contract. Payment is due in advance for the session(s) your child attends. Payment due dates are listed on the front of the contract and must be received in the office prior to your child attending the session. There will be a $25.00 returned check fee for any check returned by the bank.
There will be a $15.00 contract change fee for any changes to your schedule after Friday, June 6.
We staff our summer program according to the number of children we have scheduled to attend each session. For this reason, there is no reduction of tuition for days missed due to illness, holiday or vacation.
Refund of any session not attended will be given only with prior written notice of at least one week, less contract change fee.
If written notice is not received at least one week prior to your child’s attendance, you will be billed for the session in addition to the contract change fee.
It is very important that each child is brought to school on time and picked up on time at the end of his/her program. Children are to be in camp no later than 9:00 a.m. A child brought to school prior to 8:15 a.m., who is not on the full day program, will be assessed daycare fees of $4.00 per half hour (7:00 - 7:30; 7:30 - 8:00; 8:00 - 8:30). We close promptly at 6:00 p.m.
$1.00 per minute will be charged at the end of each program: Morning - 12:15; Partial Day: 3:30 and Full Day Program: 6:00
