RenWeb is the electronic communication system used between WVCS and parents for report cards, tuition payments, upcoming events, and important documents.

New Parents:

  1. Go to RenWeb, click "Logins"
  2. Enter District Code: "WVCS-CA"
  3. Click "Create New Parents/Web Account"
  4. Enter the email address that you provided the school on the Admissions Application as your "Username"
  5. An email will be sent to you where you can create your own Username and Password

Used in more than 1,200 schools, RenWeb provides complete configuration of the software, including reporting grades to parents each week. Student’s grades are sent out to parents every Sunday, complete with all grades from homework assignments, quizzes, tests, and projects. Parents can also access school documents and other important forms from school related departments.
